TRAVEL INFO 
Please read before booking air ticket

Arrival Info:
 Fly into Toulouse, France

Dates: October 4 – 12, 2008

Participants leave North America on Friday, October  3 
to arrive in Toulouse on Saturday, October 4 before 12pm (noon)

On October 4th:
Le Vieux Couvent will collect us at the 
Toulouse airport and take us to Le Vieux Couvent .
Our bus will leave from the airport at approximately 
1pm on October 4.


* Participants should arrange for their flights to arrive at Toulouse before noon on October 4th,  or come in the previous day.

Departure info for Sunday, October 12th

 Please book a departing plane ticket 
to leave Toulouse  airport no earlier than 10:30 am 
  
Bill will drive us back to the airport, 
leaving LVC at 7am.
It takes about 2 hours to get to the airport in morning traffic.

He expects to deliver us to the Toulouse airport at about 9am.

Corrine called and checked and reported that we need to 
be at the airport at least 1.5 hours prior to our flights.
